Billing Terms and Conditions
We accept all major credit cards and Square payments.
Orders are shipped with USPS priority mail. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM EST will be sent out same day. All orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends / holidays will be shipped the following business day.
All tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
If you received a damaged product, please keep the product and contact us at (716) 228-4601 or email us at email@example.com. We will give you directions on how to proceed at that time.
If you want to return a product for any reason, it must be sealed in it’s original packaging to receive a refund. Please contact us at (716) 228-4601 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in regards to your issues. Returns must be completed within 5 business days of receipt.
Please note we will not refund any added shipping fees.
